Week Ten - Staying in the Moment
Staying in the moment means not thinking about the past or the future.
Have you tried it?
Can you do it?
Each day this week choose 5 minutes
where you sit and 'stay in the moment'. When you are done, journal about what you experienced? Ask yourself if it was pleasant? hard or easy? if you had resistance? were you consistent? etc.
